• Christian music at Six Flags Saint Louis. If you are in the area, Six Flags St. Louis is offering a few good opportunities to enjoy some good Christian music this summer:
  • June 13 – Jeremy Camp and Josh Wilson at 8:00 pm in the Old Glory Amphitheatre. A concert ticket is required along with park admission.
  • July 25 – NEEDTOBREATHE, Switchfoot, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors and Colony House at 6:00 pm at the Old Glory Amphitheatre. A concert ticket is required along with park admission.
  • August 8 – Mandisa and Brandon Heath at 8:00 pm in the Old Glory Amphitheatre. A concert ticket is required along with park admission.
• Vintage Worship: The Glory of Historic Hymns. Matt Boswell writes “While I certainly don’t think that historic hymns are the only thing we should sing in corporate worship, I am concerned that omitting older hymns in our gatherings silences the rich voices of church history. Some churches seem uninterested in any song that is more than two years old, much less two hundred years.”
• For the Church: Singing Highland Hymn. Randall Van Meggelen writes about the new hymn “Highland Hymn” from the album Glory to the Holy One. You can listen to the song and the lyrics are also included.
• Hymns We Should Sing More Often: God Moves. Kevin DeYoung continues his series by looking at one of my wife’s favorite hymns, William Cowper’s “God Moves in a Mysterious Way”, written in 1773.
• For the Church: Singing Clothed in Righteousness. Randall Van Meggelen writes about the wonderful hymn “Clothed in Righteousness” that I’ve enjoyed at the past few Ligonier National Conferences and at Saint Andrews Chapel. The song (audio clip and lyrics are included) is on the new album Glory to the Holy One.
• Old Seasons, New Day. Enjoy “Terminal,” a new track from Switchfoot’s Jon Foreman’s new Wonderlands: Sunlight release, the first of four The Wonderlands EPs (released May 26), alongside tracks from Jon’s last set of solo releases. • Matt Redman to Release Unbroken Praise on June 16. The new album was recorded live at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London.
• New Live Album from Amos Lee.  After last summer’s tour in support of Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song, Amos is back with his first-ever live album: Live at Red Rocks With the Colorado Symphony. A one-night only performance, the new album features tracks spanning Amos’ entire career. It will be released June 16 and you get the song “Windows Are Rolled Down” if you pre-order the album.
• “Will the Circle Be Unbroken?”  Steve Martin, Emmylou Harris, Rodney Crowell, Mark O’Connor and Amos Lee join together to perform the gospel classic, “Will The Circle Be Unbroken” on Late Night with David Letterman.
• Lecrae Makes Music Concerned With The Soul. “I consider what I do soul music,” Lecrae says. “It music that is concerned with the soul.” Listen to this interview with NPR.
• New Andy Mineo Single. Listen to the new song from Andy “Lay Up”.

• Dylan on Letterman. Bob Dylan returned to the Late Show with David Letterman for the first time in 22 years on May 19 to sing “The Night We Called it a Day” from his critically acclaimed album Shadows in the Night. Watch all three of his appearances with Letterman over the years.
