As a leader, having team members with a strong work ethic was always extremely important to me. A strong work ethic can include a number of items, some of which are:

• Attitude
• Integrity
• Reliability
• Dedication
• Initiative
• Adaptability
• Responsibility
• Accountability
• Quality
• Discipline
